Individual Support
Yahweh SS Inc. Individual support service can be provided in or out of the home for an individual 21years and above who resides in an unlicensed setting, own or family home. Our Individual support services teaches skills and support participants in gaining and implementing the new skills. This service, is a one on one support that also addresses adaptive behavior and skill development for activities of daily living (ADLs) such as self-care skills, and instrumental skills, which will enable an individual to live independently in the community and this include using a telephone, washing dishes, preparing a simple meal, changing bed linens, and the ability to manage money.

Our Individual support services are offered by well trained and flexible Direct support professionals (DSPs) to meet the individual’s needs in their home or in the community thus, helping the individual gain access to the care he/she needs and alleviating the demands placed on the primary caregiver. Our staff provide assistance to individuals in the activities of their choosing and helps them to achieve their planned outcomes.
