Yahweh SS Inc. community inclusion program is designed to assist individuals 21years and above in setting goals and acquiring the skills needed for community adjustment and integration. Our community inclusion programs, supports and assist participants in educational, enrichment or recreational activities as outlined in his/her Service Plan. We helps develop the individual in learning new life skills and enjoying social activities and getting to know his or her community, there is always an opportunity to have fun and make new friends learn new and unique things such as, learn how to take public transportation, the road signs, make purchases. Our community inclusion program also helps participants to enjoy activities and engage in fun sociable activities such as going to the movie theatre, fun exhibition, art and craft, ball games, going for a nature walk, watching animals at the zoo, library, ball games, yoga lessons, shopping malls experience, recreational parks, bowling, restaurants, sports/fitness events and activities, museums etc. 

Our Community Inclusion Services are delivered in a group setting not to exceed six (6) individuals and are usually provided outside of a participant’s home .
